Job Description

- Must be able to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladder.
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
- Must be reliable and able to take direction.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the District may find appropriate and acceptable.
- Unbox, tag, inventory, and prepare student and staff devices and peripherals for deployment
- Assist with the large-scale distribution and collection of student and staff devices
- Verify, update, and record technology equipment locations in inventory systems
- Prepare outdated or damaged equipment for recycling or disposal
- Physically clean and maintain classroom technology equipment
- Review, update, and organize departmental documentation, including how-to guides, vendor contracts, Memorandums of Understanding, and Student Data Privacy Agreements
- Communicate with vendors via email to acquire necessary documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Temporary summer position. The start and end dates of the position are to be determined by the district with the majority of work taking place May - August.
- Starting rate of $15/hour
- 40 hours per week
- Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License
