He is currently in 4K and will be entering Kindergarten for the 2025/2026 school year. Our son has been in daycare since the age of one, is well-socialized, and has a strong foundation in early learning skills. He’s very active, has a vivid imagination, and thrives in a structured but playful environment.

      Position Details:

      • Schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM

      • Location: Verona, WI

      • Pay: $15-$20/hour

      • Start Date: Early June 2025

      • End Date: Early September 2025

      Responsibilities:

      • Create and lead structured learning activities to reinforce and build on Kindergarten readiness skills (letters, phonics, numbers, early math, handwriting, social skills, etc.)

      • Balance learning with active play, crafts, creative projects, and imaginative games

      • Take our son on local outings (parks, splash pads, libraries, nature walks)

      • Organize simple at-home activities like science experiments, arts & crafts, and storytime

      • Provide a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment each day

      Qualifications:

      • Experience working with young children (tutoring, teaching, nannying, camp counselor, etc.)

      • Understanding of early childhood education and Kindergarten readiness skills

      • Energetic, patient, and creative approach to working with kids

      • Comfortable supervising outings and active play

      • Access to a car is a plus, but not required (gas money provided)

      Ideal Candidate:

      • A college student studying Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field

      • Someone who loves balancing learning with outdoor fun and imaginative play

      • CPR/First Aid certified (preferred, but not required)
