What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage in research, education, outreach, and public service related to aquatic ecosystems
- Utilize facilities at the Hasler Laboratory of Limnology and Trout Lake Station for research and teaching purposes
- Contribute to the mission of The Wisconsin Idea by providing new knowledge and information on aquatic ecosystems
- Collaborate with colleagues and staff members to facilitate research and teaching activities
- Adhere to the schedule and work 40 hours per week
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available to start in mid/end of May 2024
- Ability to work in Madison or Northern Wisconsin, depending on the position
- Familiarity with the field of study relevant to the specific position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion in research and teaching
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience or coursework in ecology, limnology, chemistry, fishes, communication, or outreach
