Open Until Filled - Provide on-site support and direction to the program associates.
- Oversee activities, lesson plans and curriculum development.
- Maintain daily activities records and progress notes.
- Keep students safe and supervised at all times including transitions, field trips both onsite and off-site.
- Attend staff meetings and program professional development activities.
- Communicate regularly with school staff, administration and parents.
- Distribute and collect program evaluation and other reporting materials as required;
- Perform related duties as appropriate and assigned.
- Distribute registration materials for the fall to families and parents.
- Process payments and related paperwork on a timely basis.
- Under the direction of the program manager, implement the program and curriculum, rotation of students through activities, and related documentation of their experiences.
- CT teaching certificate, Associates degree or coaching certificate highly desirable or have prior satisfactory performance in the ELP program as a leader.
- Works well and understands children, families and community members.
- Committed to and interested in promoting the program, and supporting families and children.
- Possesses excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
- A high level of dependability.
- Effective supervisory skills including incident details, lesson planning, problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining an enjoyable and structured program.
- First Aid/CPR and Administration of Medications SUMMER PROGRAM ASSISTANT

Program Dates: June 18, 2025 to August 1, 2025; Training dates To Be Determined - Must be able to commit to the entire program
Rate: $20.00 hourly
Hours: Weekly hours to be determined. Must complete mandatory pre-program staff training
Job Duties: Assume primary responsibilities for the day to day operations on and off-site of the summer program including, but not limited to, the following:
