      Job Title: Superintendent of Construction


      Job Description

      The Superintendent of Construction will manage the construction schedule for multiple single-family homes at various stages of construction. The role involves ordering materials to ensure their timely delivery to job sites, communicating with designated parties about the status of scheduled closings and walk-throughs, and conducting daily quality control inspections to ensure compliance with plans and quality standards.

      Responsibilities

      • Manage construction schedules for multiple single-family homes.
      • Order materials to ensure timely delivery according to scheduling.
      • Communicate with designated parties regarding scheduled closings and walk-throughs.
      • Conduct daily quality control inspections to ensure compliance with plans and quality standards.
      • Deliver homes within established timelines.
      • Lead on-site safety and construction meetings regularly.
      • Start and close the number of homes designated in the business plan monthly.
      • Inspect trade contractor work and supplier deliveries before approving invoices for payment.

      Essential Skills

      • Expertise in construction management and residential construction.
      • Proficient in construction scheduling and subcontractor management.
      • Ability to read blueprints effectively.
      • Capability to manage up to 20 homes at different stages of construction.
      • Experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors simultaneously.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • 4+ years of production residential superintendent experience.
      • Experience with high-end options in home construction.
      • Experience completing similar homes with complex high-end options.

      Work Environment

      This position is onsite in a residential subdivision located in Beaverton/Sherwood. The role offers a variety of benefits including a $500/month auto allowance, medical, dental, and vision coverage, 40 hours of accrued sick time, and vacation, 12 paid holidays, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, and more. Dress code is casual and safety-compliant attire is required.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00/hr.
