      Your Impact

      As a Project Superintendent, you will pilot all jobsite activities. You will partner with the Project Manager to steer our team to success. Some of the ways you will apply thoughtful leadership to this role:

      • You will supervise the planning and execution of all jobsite activities, including site logistics plans, quality control plans, and site safety programs.
      • You will set the standard by developing and maintaining schedules.
      • You will coordinate and manage vital field operations such as reporting, inspections and testing, material deliveries and subcontractor activities.
      • You will supervise and mentor field staff, as well as foster strong relationships with all subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
