      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Guide the growth of the video editing discipline and establish agency processes
      - Lead internal talent to improve video editing capabilities and advocate for the importance of video editing
      - Provide technical expertise on video editing tools, best practices, and techniques
      - Act as the lead editor on various content projects, ensuring the highest quality video content
      - Manage external vendors and oversee the development of their work

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong background in sound design, foley, and music application
      - Expertise in video editing software like Adobe Premiere and DaVinci Resolve
      - Experience working at agencies, production houses, or brands as a video editor
      - Ability to provide feedback on video projects and ensure quality standards are met
      - Familiarity with camera operation, photography/videography techniques, and After Effects integrations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience capturing client activations and events for communication and portfolio purposes
