What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and investigate a complex portfolio of suspicious financial activity
- Prepare Suspicious Activity Reports ("SARs") for investigations in accordance with federal regulations
- Maintain a strong knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations and trends
- Communicate investigation results and identified risks to management and other involved parties
- Conduct Client Due Diligence ("CDD") and Enhanced Due Diligence ("EDD") evaluations for high-risk clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in Investigation of financial crimes, customer due diligence in a financial institution, or combination of law enforcement; could also include sanctions, CTR, and CIP
- Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist at the time of hiring or within one year of placement
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and investigative resources
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sanctions, CTR, and CIP
- Knowledge of financial crime trends and regulations
