What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise staff in the Benefits Verification Department
- Ensure patient benefits are verified according to company guidelines
- Analyze call/performance statistics and daily workflow
- Coordinate procedural changes and resolve issues/problems
- Evaluate and review staff progress, provide coaching and counseling
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in a related environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in a production environment
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work within a team and independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Specialty pharmacy experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or Healthcare related field
- Previous experience in a leadership role
