      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee daily operations of Care Management, delegating work and monitoring productivity
      - Support the Clinical Manager in performance goal planning and evaluation
      - Assist in the implementation of new care management initiatives and workflow processes
      - Monitor collaborative efforts with internal and external care management partners
      - Participate in new employee orientation and conduct internal/external presentations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
      - Massachusetts Registered Nurse license required
      - At least 3-5 years of clinical experience in case management or care coordination
      - At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience
      - Strong verbal, active listening, and written communication skills
