What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily operations of Care Management, ensuring adherence to case and utilization management standards
- Support the Clinical Manager in monitoring team performance and identifying training opportunities
- Coordinate care manager assignments and evaluate operational reports
- Facilitate collaborative efforts with internal and external care management partners
- Participate in the development and implementation of new care management initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Massachusetts Registered Nurse license required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in case management or care coordination
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various forums
