      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a team of Service Account Managers and oversee relationships with service providers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of leadership experience managing a team of account managers with a bachelor's degree OR six years of leadership experience without a degree
      - Ability to implement innovative account management strategies
      - Skilled in conflict resolution and strategic thinking
      - Committed to customer satisfaction and building strong relationships
      - Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
