      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise and support a team of Data Insight Analysts, providing mentorship and performance feedback
      - Collaborate with the Manager, Client Reporting + Analytics to align team goals with organizational objectives
      - Oversee the development and delivery of operational reports and data insights
      - Serve as a liaison between Data Insight Analysts and cross-functional teams to address client requirements
      - Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for process improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in data analysis and reporting
      - Proficiency in SQL for extracting and analyzing complex datasets
      - Experience using Tableau for developing data-driven insights
      - Excellent leadership and communication skills
