      Compensation includes a base salary of $54,200.00 - $81,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

      Job Description

      This leader will train, develop, and coach their team and establish success criteria to ensure execution and delivery based on client expectations. The Supervisor of Client Services will maintain strong relationships with the clients and account representatives they serve.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Manage internal and external account relationships.

      • Maintain effective communication and ensure all client requirements and performance metrics are clear, met, and aligned across all team members with guidance from manager.

      • Coach, develop, and empower team members and create a cohesive team environment between team members

      • Champion our LDM operating model and ensure team engagement and objectives are achieved

      • Establish and deliver success criteria for achieving business goals and objectives

      • Partner with peers across Operations, Pricing, Recon shops, and other Cox Automotive support teams to address any issues related to readiness of vehicles (e.g. pricing based on contractual agreement, request updates on pending recon work, updates on estimated delivery dates, etc.)

      • Track and document business acumen and analytical skills required to support key performance indicators, goals and objectives, and profitability goals

      • Assist manager in maintaining and developing assigned staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, and by providing educational opportunities. Counsel and discipline employees as necessary. Plan, monitor and evaluate job performance, and conduct performance appraisals.

      • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

      • Work directly with in person/remote direct reports, via email & phone to ensure expectations are met and service issues are resolved.

      • Performs other duties as assigned.

      Qualifications:

      • High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 3 years’ experience in a related field; a master's degree and 1 year of experience; or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience.

      • 1+ year of experience in management, supervisory, or lead role.

      • Minimum of 3 years lot operations experience preferred.

      • Experience in automobile industry or the Auction business preferred.

      • Strong communication and interaction skills required.

      • Competent supervisory and organizational skills required.

      • Good computer and software knowledge.

      • Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.

      • Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.

      • Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb.

      • Manual dexterity, repetitive motion tasks.

      • Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

      Work Environment:


      Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts hazard, electrical shock hazard and toxic or caustic chemicals. Moderate noise level. Exposure to all weather conditions.
