What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and lead QC auditor’s daily activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Provide required paperwork to construction auditors and issue construction QC jobs
- Conduct on-site inspections during the progress of construction and assist the security manager
- Train auditors and take an active role in mentoring new team members
- Upload QC jobs into the construction portal and track all related projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in the CATV field
- 1-2 years of experience in the construction QC field
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Basic knowledge of construction installations and tools, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with construction portals and Oracle
- Strong ability to lift, carry, and climb ladders or use buckets as needed
- Knowledge of heavy construction tools and equipment
