      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise and engage a team of Member Engagement Advisors, both on-site and remote
      - Cultivate an engaging environment through morale-boosting activities
      - Monitor team performance on key metrics such as Service Levels, Quality & Compliance, and Sales
      - Provide feedback, coaching, and professional development to team members
      - Collaborate with other supervisors to align on schedules and departmental projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 1 year of people leadership experience
      - Experience in customer experience and engagement in an omni-channel environment
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
      - Ability to pass and maintain a Producer Property and Casualty License, with paid training provided

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3 or more years of experience managing people
      - Background in sales is a tremendous asset
      - Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
      - Experience in developing talent and managing staff effectively
      - Willingness to occasionally adjust schedule to support 24/7 teams
