      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, implement, and evaluate credentialing processes for medical staff applications
      - Train and supervise staff and consultants to ensure compliance with regulations
      - Provide professional support to Credentialing Coordinators, Physician Leaders, and Facility Administrators
      - Ensure timely completion of appointment, reappointment, and temporary appointment processes
      - Collaborate with leadership to maintain accreditation standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - CPCS or CPMSM certification through NAMSS upon hire
      - Minimum of 5 years of executive/administrative level work within a medical staff office
      - At least 2 years of supervisory or lead experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience with credentialing software and database management tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or a similar field
