What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise daily operations of the team, establishing mutual goals and maintaining schedules
- Oversee cash and credit posting activities to ensure timely and accurate submissions
- Collaborate with management to set goals, objectives, and priorities within the assigned function(s)
- Serve as a subject matter expert, resolving outstanding issues with cross-divisional teams
- Generate and distribute reports related to cash and credit operations as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2-3 years of experience as a Senior Cash & Credit Posting Representative or Lead Cash & Credit Posting Representative; or 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with all levels of management
