      The Supervisor, Crisis and Resiliency Center (CRC), will be responsible for providing overall supervision of the CRC. This includes supporting a team of three analysts and ensuring that operational objectives are met.

      The Supervisor, Crisis and Resiliency Center position is 100% onsite at our Phoenix, AZ location: 10410 S 50th Place, Phoenix AZ

      Note: work shifts may vary, days, afternoons, midnights and swing shift.

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Supervise the daily activities of the Crisis and Resiliency Center Staff

      • Create and maintain staff schedules and ensure all positions are filled

      • Serve as the Crisis and Resiliency Center’s point of contact for leadership within the US Foods organization

      • Coordinate the response, to include activating crisis management and business continuity teams, for business disruptions and crisis events.

      • Collect and analyze information on events (i.e., natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, civil unrest, etc.) for potential risks to US Foods associates and operations.

      • Monitor US Foods assets and associates against potential threats. This includes US Foods’ large network of distribution centers, transportation fleet, offices and employees.

      • Create and distribute crisis and resilience services (i.e. emergency notifications, advisories, intelligence briefs) on actionable intelligence to key US Foods stakeholders.

      • Function as a point of contact between internal teams and external entities (i.e. law enforcement, suppliers, and emergency responders) during a business disruption or crisis.

      • Other duties as assigned by manager

      SUPERVISION :

      • This position will supervise three direct reports who are comprised of Crisis and Resiliency Center analysts.

      • Frontline leaders and managers in all departments

      • All associates from a support capability


      WORK ENVIRONMENT

      • Inside office: The associate in this role is expected to perform assigned responsibilities in a US Foods office-based environment.

      MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

      • Two years of supervisory or team leadership experience

      • Experience in developing and conducting training courses

      • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

      • Strong skills in gathering data from a variety of sources. Using that data, they need to have the ability to critically analyze it for accuracy, relevancy and potential trends.

      • Ability to coach, train and motivate a team

      • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, work independently, and complete objectives in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.

      • Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to collaborate with peers and management, as well as interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

      • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in written reports and verbal presentations, to decision-makers.

      • Ability to think and act decisively under pressure.

      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

      EDUCATION

      • Bachelor’s degree in emergency management, crisis management, business continuity, intelligence studies or related field or equivalent related experience.

      • Experience can include military positions involving intelligence gathering and analysis.

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

      • Experience in intelligence analysis, threat intelligence, or related fields.

      • Experience working with law enforcement, government agencies, or industry groups.

      • Experience in supporting Crisis Management and/or business continuity programs.

      This role will also receive annual incentive plan bonus.

      Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between

      $65,000 - $100,000
