Responsible for the daily shift operation of the 2nd Shift Finishing at Plant 80.
Must lead the shift in safety, quality, production and cost.
To be successful as Supervisor, a candidate must be able to: solve problems; provide direction; coach associates; hold the team accountable; effectively communicate with peers and management; continuously drive departmental improvements.
The Supervisor plans shift production using line up manager and works with other departments to meet customer demands.
The Supervisor monitors the Head's Up Display screen to monitor process status.

High School Diploma/GED required.
Previous experience in manufacturing required.
Previous experience as Lead, Fill-In Supervisor or Supervisor within the most recent 5 years required.
Carpet Finishing Experience preferred.
