      Planificar, coordinar y supervisar los procesos de reclutamiento, selección, contratación para los puestos de trabajo de la nómina de pago mensual y semanal, asegurando la mejor selección para cada función de acuerdo a la cultura de la empresa, las vacantes autorizadas y perfiles requeridos; asegurando que el proceso de selección se lleve a cabo de manera eficiente, económica, en el tiempo establecido, cumpliendo con las Políticas Corporativas y siguiendo los lineamientos de la Dirección de Gente y Desempeño.
