Job Description
The Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in all aspects of the store operation, financial performance, personnel management, all front end cash register operation, floor and visual processes and procedures, loss prevention and enforces all company policies and procedures. The Supervisor is also responsible for additional tasks as assigned to them but not limited to, training others, and assisting as needed to ensure that the store is successfully meeting expectations.
All Supervisors will be cross trained in the four main areas of Processing, Cashiering, Sales Floor and Visual Merchandising.
