      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a specialized team to resolve complex customer issues and manage over 5,000 escalated complaints annually
      - Monitor team performance and foster a culture of accountability and responsiveness
      - Act as a subject matter expert in billing, collections, and operations-related services
      - Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
      - Maintain and update key documentation, including procedures and training materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Post-secondary education and 7+ years of leadership experience in customer care, utility operations, and/or regulatory environments
      - Strong knowledge of customer billing, collections, meter reading, and operations processes
      - Familiarity with Ontario Natural Gas regulators and relevant requirements
      - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to make informed decisions under pressure and establish effective relationships with partners

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CIS SAP, Kubra, and Maximo systems
      - Previous involvement in managing critical cases or representing a company in court
