What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide day-to-day oversight for the general operations of the Care Management or Utilization Management teams within HCS
- Work in cooperation with the Manager to provide leadership and guidance in various areas of healthcare management
- Responsible for all functions of HCS daily operations, including case management, medical review, and coordination for patients with complex health needs
- Serve as a mentor and role model for the team
- Problem solve day-to-day issues and promote team building

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent education and experience
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- 5+ years of clinical experience
- Experience with managed care services and healthcare regulations
- Experience in cost stewardship and process improvement
- Experience supporting teams with electronic processing systems
- Proven track record of delivering process and fiscal improvements
- Experience in working with physicians and project management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or other Clinical degree
- Advanced degree
- Supervisory or lead experience
- Medicare Advantage experience
