      HOA Supervisor
      We are seeking a dedicated HOA Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our HOA Department. This role involves identifying areas for improvement and implementing processes to enhance efficiency and communication within the company.
      Responsibilities:
      • Lead, train, and coach the HOA team, ensuring they provide accurate and timely assistance to tenants and internal stakeholders.
      • Monitor and manage department KPIs, lead HOA team meetings, and participate in special meetings to manage properties with escalated HOA requirements and restrictions.
      • Oversee annual audits of assessment accounts and assist with the onboarding of new hires.
      • Ensure proper coding of HOA invoices and intake allocations and approve HOA violation and other invoices for payment.
      • Develop methods to track and review portfolio management, analyze data to measure department statistics and productivity, and find ways to improve data integrity.
      • Assign tasks to HOA Coordinators and ensure their completion and takes on special projects as needed.
      • Establish internal procedures and best practices, implement process improvements, and advise management of potential negative outcomes and suggest courses of action.
      • Conduct and guide periodic conference calls with key contacts in each market to communicate HOA issues and support field concerns.
      Requirements:
      • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
      • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience, managing direct reports is required.
      • Minimum of two years of related experience is required.
      • Experience with CRM, Yardi Voyager, and SharePoint databases is preferred.
      • Prior HOA management experience is preferred.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, analysis, and organizing skills.
      • Strong leadership, employee development, appraisal, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
