Expected pay for this position is $26.99 - $31.75/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
OverviewPOSITION SUMMARY: The Supervisor Hospice Operations is a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing and supervising daily activities of scheduling and back-office support services. With a focus on customer service excellence and effective communication, assures accurate workflows to achieve timely access to care coordination, and optimal administrative support across agencies. Builds and maintains a rapport with referral sources, acts as a conduit to agency leadership, and assists with operational projects. Enables all Mission Partners to contribute to their fullest potential, creating a positive and supportive environment aligned with OSF Mission, Vision and Standards of Performance.
**This position will require travel to Bloomington, Peoria, Galesburg, Ottawa and Rockford**
QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Associate degree
Experience: 1-year progressive experience in medical setting with patients facing responsibilities, or 1 year Supervisor experience in healthcare
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 2 years of supervisory experience, leading teams. Hospice and customer service experience
