      About the Role

      We’re looking for a talented and Housekeeping Supervisor to join our department.

      Main Responsibilities:

      • Carry out routine inspections in all areas of the hotel.
      • Assist in cleaning and re-supplying the given number of guest rooms and other areas of the hotel.
      • Ensure high level of communication with housekeeping team and other departments to resolve any room related queries.
      • Run reports for rooms sold, arrivals, departures and vacant rooms.
      • Prepare and distribute rooms to the housekeeping team on shift.
      • Carry out trainings for new starters and update all training records.
      • Guest satisfaction is the primary motto for this function.
      • Have a sound knowledge of all hotel products and services and actively recommend to our guests.

      Minimum Requirements:

      • At least 1 year experience in a housekeeping supervisory and/or team leader role.
      • A high attention to detail
      • Excellent time management and organisational skills
      • A can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
      • Physically fit
      • Strong communication and organizational skills
      • Flexible availability - including weekends and public holidays
      • Punctual and well-presented
      • MUST be eligible to work in New Zealand
