      The Supervisor, Invoice Management leads and oversees employees to perform invoice functions or other accounting related functions.

      Responsibilities:

      • Ensures invoices are administered to staff timely in order to meet deadlines
      • Oversees invoice processing department to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and funds settlement
      • Manages risk as it relates to invoice processing operations by enforcing compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, GSE/investor guidelines, policies, and procedures
      • Tracks, measures, evaluates, and reports on invoice processing performance
      • Reviews invoice processing analytics and controls to ensure accurate invoice processing and payments
      • Investigates escalated issues that prevents invoices from being paid, working with outside vendors and teams as needed to ensure payment resolution
      • Performs invoice quality control to ensure accuracy
      • Executes financial controls to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information
      • Develops and provides weekly and monthly invoice/control reports to management
      • Coaches, develops, and trains employees, meeting with team on a regular basis
      • Follows internal guidelines relating to billing requirements
      • Ensures that key initiatives, process improvements, and announcements are communicated to the team on a timely basis
      • Provides accountability for accounting staff for deadlines and requirements
      • Partners cross-functionally to resolve and support issues/inquires
      • Leads and organizes employees to perform their daily functions
      • Updates and maintains departmental policies and procedures related to accounting functions
      • Enforces internal controls and compliance to internal policies
      • Oversees and ensures timelines of vendor payments
      • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, include but not limited to compliance and operational risk. Demonstrate consideration for Cenlar’s reputation as well as our clients, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
      • 6+ years of experience in a similar function/role
      • Knowledge of FHA, VA, PMI, FNMA, FHLMC rules and regulations required (Default Invoice Management only)
      • Knowledge of Black Knight LoanSphere-Invoicing required
      • Proficient knowledge of Accounts Payable or Invoicing
      • Excellent critical thinking, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
