Job Description

- The client portfolio complies with current legislation and regulations;
- Timely and correct risk classifications, CDD KYC files are in place;
- Relevant legal documentation from third parties is of high quality;
- The statutory and legal files are complete;
- The transaction monitoring is continuously performed;
- All team members act in accordance with the relevant legislation, policies and procedures;
- The chargeability targets of team members are met,
- Relevant HR procedures are followed (appraisals, job performance, illness etc.);
- Targets (KPI’s) are met, quality of work is good and client delivery in time.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with domestic and foreign advisors, banks and client contacts;
- Arranging for a smooth onboarding process including client risk analysis, due diligence, arranging for drafting offers and service agreements;
- Coordinating the day-to-day planning, client allocation between team members and problem-solving of the legal team;
- Managing, coaching, training, and motivating team members according to the company policies;
- Organizing “Day starts” and making use of Dashboards;
- Providing advice to team members on legal implications of transactions and of activities of client companies;
- Reviewing, monitoring and signing-off the output (reports, correspondence, documents, agreements etc.) of team members;
- Reviewing timelines during the month by considering the task and the scope of the service level agreement;
- Working closely with Supervisors Accounting and the Market Practice Manager;
- Performing other duties as assigned or requested.
- University or HBO degree in (Dutch) law (civil, notary or fiscal);
- Preferably 5 years relevant working experience;
- Knowledge of corporate law and regulations;
- Experience with leading and developing a team (team members);
- Organization skills to handle complex commercial transactions;
- Excellent English and Dutch written and verbal communication skills;
- 25 holidays per year (40 hour work week)
