      Principal Purpose of Position:

      • Supervise the activities and workload of assigned employees to ensure delivery of departmental results.
      • Evaluate opportunities in existing processes and proactively identify new processes to ensure quality delivery and departmental efficiency.
      • Respond to escalating internal and external customer issues, determine root cause, explore and implement mistake-proofing measures.
      • Proactively manage internal and external customer needs through collaboration, reporting, and concise communication.
      • Support customer or prospect meetings, and serve as a direct client liaison as needed.
      • Proactively interact with business partners to develop and enhance systems.
      • Develop custom departmental reports and presentations.
      • Develop and monitor key departmental metrics to ensure standards are achieved.
      • Own recruiting and hiring of new staff members; manage complete onboarding of new hires.
      • Support the growth and development of assigned employees.
      • Supervise the attendance of assigned employees to ensure compliance with company policy.
      • Identify and appropriately manage employee performance through coaching and formal corrective action, if necessary. Execute company policies.
      • Conduct performance reviews.
      • Conduct themselves both professionally and appropriately at all times, regardless of working environment (office, home, travel).
      • Supervisor must be available to work physically in the office at whatever cadence is determined by the company.
      • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

      • Must be able to execute on initiatives, while maintaining routine departmental functions.
      • Must demonstrate a strong understanding of the importance related to policy and procedure.
      • Must demonstrate strong organization and analytical skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
      • Must demonstrate the ability to ‘connect the dots’ between departments, programs, and customer issues/trends.

      Relevant Work Experience:

      • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
      • Fleet or Licensing experience is a plus.
