What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the staff and operations of the Licensing and Contracting (L&C) department
- Audit performance and results of team members and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with corporate recruiter and Operations manager for recruiting and onboarding
- Coach and train team members to achieve departmental objectives
- Identify and champion ongoing improvements to existing business processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
- Ability to analyze data and present information clearly
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Strong leadership skills in performance, behavior, and attendance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in Life Insurance, Annuities, and Medicare Supplement
