What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the Media Production team
- Plan and develop all media-based projects from concept through production phases
- Provide guidance to studio talent for successful video production contributions
- Review and improve production processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Communicate effectively with project collaborators to meet goals and objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Film, Graphic Arts, or related field
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in video, graphics, and animation production
- Expert knowledge of video and audio editing software including Final Cut Pro X and Adobe Suite
- High level of proficiency using photographic, video, and audio recording equipment
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines regularly

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience researching and recommending the latest video and multimedia production technologies
- Familiarity with internet technologies like FTP and digital asset management systems
- Strong customer satisfaction focus for internal and external stakeholders
- Desire to stay updated on trends in animation, video production, and audio
