What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the Media Production team
- Plan and develop media-based projects from concept through all production stages
- Provide guidance to studio talent for successful video production contributions
- Continually review and improve video, audio, and photography production processes
- Communicate effectively with project collaborators to meet goals and objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Film, Graphic Arts, or a related field
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience producing video, graphics, and animation
- Expert knowledge of video editing and audio editing software such as Final Cut Pro X and Adobe Suite
- High level of proficiency using photographic, video, and audio recording equipment
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience researching and recommending the latest video and multimedia production technologies
- Familiarity with internet technologies like FTP, videoconferencing, and digital asset management
- Knowledge of photo markets including experience with freelancers and copyright law
