Job Summary:
Under the direction of the department manager/ site director, supervises and coordinates staff and activities that support department and site operations. Supports staffing model requirements, identifies and plans for staff education and competency needs and evaluates the work performance of clinic personnel. Enforces standards for quality and customer service, supporting the organization's strategic priorities. Supports patient care activities depending on the needs of the department.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
a minimum of one year of experience in a lead, charge or supervisory role is required.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Graduate of a post high school program that resulted in a technical diploma, certificate, associates or higher degree. Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
