      JOB PURPOSE:

      The Supervisor, Sales/Customer Service, Retail oversees and manages the day to day customer facing activities of the retail store business to ensure the provision of quality customer service while managing product inventories and coordinating marketing efforts. The Supervisor, Sales/Customer Service assumes responsibility for professional sales and deliveries of products and services at the retail store level.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Provides leadership and oversees daily activities of direct reports.
      • Assesses competency, capacity, and performance of direct reports.
      • Assures high quality customer service with customers as well as community partners.
      • Effectively manages retail store inventory to coincide with “endless aisle” options.
      • Works in conjunction with “Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle” supplier to ensure proper inventory counts, seamless customer service and correct sales processes/paperwork for DMV.
      • Works effectively with both SpinLife and Numotion marketing teams to consistently drive retail store messaging through all preferred media outlets.
      • Works in conjunction with other department management to maintain continuity of service.
      • Manage and diffuse escalated customer concerns when either the situation requires, or management is requested.Assures retail store staff are effectively scheduled to meet customer needs.
      • Identify source(s) of employee/operational issues and develop action plan to solve.
      • Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
      • Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
      • Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

      REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

      § High school diploma and/or GED

      § Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience with sales/customer service activities.

      § Ability to use Microsoft Office products.

      § One (1) to two (2) years previous supervisory experience.

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

      • Knowledge of mobility equipment and products.
      • Solid business presentation/selling skill set within medical community.
      • Strong understanding of inventory management.
      • Experience with inventory software; Internet software and Order processing systems.
      • Strong interpersonal skills and problem resolution abilities.
      • Strong ability to assess job competency and manage capacity of staff.
      • Proven ability to act as a “change agent” or “change embracer” within a rapidly changing environment.

      § Frequent use of hands, wrists, fingers associate with computer equipment.

      § Prolonged periods of time working at a desk and/or on a computer.

      § Occasionally move and reach with arms and hands.

      § Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.

      § Local travel to referral sources and possible overnight travel for training and company meetings.
