What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advise leadership on financial performance and monitor budget compliance
- Collaborate with trainers to create staff training tools and improve processes
- Oversee collection activities for patient accounts receivables and ensure policy compliance
- Analyze trends in denials and share insights for process improvements
- Assist patients in applying for financial assistance programs and secure payment arrangements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of related experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Driver's License with an acceptable driving record prior to start date
- Certification as a Certified Application Counselor (CAC) within 12 months of start date
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of management experience in revenue cycle and knowledge in payment posting and billing
