- Requires a degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy . Advanced degree, Pharm D., or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
- Requires a minimum of two (2) years recent inpatient hospital pharmacist experience preferably working with regulatory / accreditation agencies compliance, and quality and performance improvement processes and procedures.
- Prefer additional outpatient pharmacy experience or equivalent training.
- Requires current pharmacy licensure in good standing with the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy.
- Must demonstrate knowledge and competence of regulatory compliance standards respective to the safe and effective practice of pharmacy and policies of the hospital.
- Requires advance knowledge of Microsoft Office products (ie, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Requires demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Creativity, initiative, independent thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
- Requires the ability to perform complex statistical analysis and highly developed problem-solving skills.
- Requires ability to manage programs and projects and work with professionals and maintain confidentiality standards.
- Must have the ability to develop educational materials and facilitate training.
- Requires excellent communication skills and the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.

In addition, the Pharmacy Regulatory & Compliance Supervisor is responsible for assessing all legal, accreditation and certification requirements and assists the Director of Pharmacy to gain compliance in all areas. The position reviews and maintains all policies, procedures and codes of standards of the hospital that pertain to safe medication management system and the pharmacy. The position is instrumental in analyzing hospital process systems; working with the organization's leadership and staff to review compliance issues in regard to AZ State Board of Pharmacy, DNV, USP797, CMS, DEA and other regulatory agencies to ensure continuous regulatory compliance within the pharmacy.Annual Salary Range: $127,940.80 - $188,718.40QualificationsEducation :Experience :Certification/Licensure :Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
