      Summary:

      Responsible for evaluation and determining the appropriate pay structure for Physicians and APPs within CCPN. Will analyze market trends, salary surveys, and recruiting data to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices. Additionally, this role will design and implement incentive programs, monitor internal trends, and collaborate with other Cook departments to ensure compliance and regulations. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this role.

      Education & Experience

      • Bachelor’s degree required in a business-related field, ideally with an emphasis in finance, economics, statistics or mathematics.
      • Requires 4+ years of Finance/Accounting experience or demonstrated performance, 3 years physician comp experience.

      Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

      • Survey interpretation knowledge is desired.
      • Strong customer service skills with ability to problem solve, make decisions, and maintain confidentiality.
      • Strong computer and analytical skills.
      • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
