What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for teammates regarding employment-related and job function concerns
- Participate in leadership team activities to address issues, manage performance, and achieve departmental metrics
- Review and evaluate teammate productivity and quality in accordance with QA policies
- Respond to department and facility requests within 48 hours
- Supervise daily operations and delegate task assignments to teammates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and one year of progressive, relevant work experience; or Associate’s degree and two years of progressive, relevant work experience; or High School diploma/GED and three years of progressive, relevant work experience
- Healthcare Accounts Receivable experience is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in presenting information to top management, public groups, or boards of directors
- Ability to effectively respond to sensitive inquiries or complaints
- Familiarity with applying mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
