- Supervise team to ensure productivity, staffing needs, and team collaboration
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support for team members
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and development discussions
- Identify, hire, and train new talent effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4 years of related experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or finance/banking
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to foster success and caregiver experience within the team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting
- Additional certifications or training in leadership or management
