      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership and direction to the Revenue Operations team, ensuring high-quality customer service
      - Monitor team productivity and address teammate relations issues as necessary
      - Assist in hiring, promoting, and evaluating teammate performance while maintaining compliance with policies
      - Lead special projects and serve as a liaison between departments to meet business needs
      - Perform root cause analysis on datasets and create reports for strategic business opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Supervisory experience with a willingness to coach, mentor, and develop teammate skills
      - Strong teambuilding and leadership skills, with a critical thinking approach to problem-solving
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
      - Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement action plans for improvement
      - Willingness to create a positive team environment and foster a fulfilling workplace

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related field or organization
      - Familiarity with Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) projects
      - Previous involvement in data analytics or reporting roles
      - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments
