Managing a team in all aspects including understanding all negotiations, making sure the team has the right tools to executive its work accurately, and provide support to ensure the accuracy of all revenue booked in the system. Appropriately balance and distribute workload among resources, raise performance bar, clearly communicate responsibilities and empower staff to complete their tasks, while holding them accountable for their output.
Work closely with Ad Sales to understand their key objectives and provide solutions to meet those objectives. Daily monitoring of inventory and adjust inventory levels to balance revenue optimization as well as ratings; making sure the audience has the best experience.
Liaison between Ad Sales, Programming, Strategic Planning to understand any complex negotiations that require coordination between all teams for flawless execution. Communicate daily with the regions and external sales representatives on status of accounts. Provide excellent customer service to the regions, clients, or external sales reps
Maintain a current understanding of dept system/s functionalities and challenges/gaps to effectively propose areas for system/s and process improvement / automation.
Expected to fully understand legal and business imposed regional market regulations, requirements, and expectations with regards to the overall structure, use of breaks and minutage for assigned region. Understanding and adhering to all SOX controls.
College degree or equivalent required
Intermediate English
Experience preferably in television environment or operations with experience in leading teams.

Your new role
Responsible for ensuring that all revenue in Latam is entered and executed with minimal errors. Responsible for the inventory of the channels and the optimization of revenue within all platforms both linear and nonlinear. Work closely with the Ad Sales management as well as Media Planning to understand the strategy of both Ad Sales and Content and work with both teams to ensure revenue with minimal impact to ratings. Work with Ad Sales by providing superior customer service and finding solutions in order help reach the company’s financial objectives.
