What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- High technical aptitude with a commitment to staying informed of current trends
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow preferred

- Previous experience in a service desk supervisory role
- Familiarity with incident and change management processes
- Proven ability to develop training programs for team members
- Experience in performance monitoring and optimization
- Knowledge of patch management and life cycle management processes
