Lead and support a geographically distributed team of 5 across Settlement and Collections, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
Oversee daily operations of the Settlement function, including month-end reconciliations and financial reporting accuracy
Manage the Collections operations, ensuring timely follow-up on delinquencies and effective recovery strategies
Collaborate closely with a third-party collections agency to drive performance and maintain service quality
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to settlements, collections, and recoveries
Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members, promoting continuous growth
Champion team-building initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable work environment

Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of five years of relevant experience

Experience with reconciliation, collections, or financial operations
Experience managing remote or hybrid teams
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Expert proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Advanced intermediate knowledge of Excel and other MS Tools
