      Responsibilities:

      1. Assists in the organization of scheduling employee shifts.
      2. Assists in the responsibilities of supervising the spa in the absence of the Spa Manager.
      3. Places and receives telephone communications, makes reservations.
      4. Responsible for cash handling and balancing cash bank.
      5. Keeps front desk stocked with supplies and places orders.
      6. Monitors the condition of the spa and reports any problems to maintenance or the Spa Manager.
      7. Builds repeat customer business and loyalty through direct guest interaction, soliciting feedback, and troubleshooting customer complaints.
      8. Responsible for assuring the highest quality guest experience by promoting the Purpose and Values Model throughout all areas of responsibility. Handles and resolves guest complaints and concerns.
      9. Responsible for training employees.
      10. Regular attendance required.
      11. Other duties may be assigned

      Supervisory Responsibilities:

      Oversee the daily operations when the Spa Manager is not present. Will assist the spa manager in interviewing and hiring team members.

      Qualifications:

      To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

      All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.

      Education and/or Experience:

      High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have a minimum of 1 year of health spa experience. 1 year of supervisory experience a plus.

      Language Skills:

      Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to customers. Strong interpersonal skills.

      Mathematical Skills:

      Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

      Computer Skills:

      Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Agilysys experience preferred.

      Reasoning Ability:

      Planning, Remembering Details, Using Arithmetic, Reading, Directing Others, Making Decisions, Discriminating colors, Working Rapidly, Working at Various Tempos, Concentrating Amid Distractions, Examining & Observing Details, Remembering names and Faces.

      Physical Demands:

      Standing, Walking, Reaching, Kneeling, Carrying, Pulling, Hearing, Lifting 35lbs, Sitting, Bending/Stooping, Observing, Stretching, Pushing, Turning, Balancing.

      Work Environment:

      Inside, Dry, Noisy, Heat, Hot, Odors, Changing Temperatures, Dirty, Gloves.
