      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervision and coordination of sterile processing team
      - Oversees and supports daily operations related to the reprocessing of reusable medical supplies
      - Communicates in a professional manner with hospital staff and company employees
      - Coordinates repair and replacement of broken instrumentation and equipment
      - Maintains a professional relationship with all facility departments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of three years Sterile Processing Department experience
      - Active certification in sterile processing/central sterile via CBSPD or IAHCSMM
      - Strong computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel
      - Ability to work daily in a fast-paced, high-pressure Healthcare Services environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate’s degree from an accredited two-year college or technical school preferred
      - Experience with an instrument tracking system
      - Ability to act as a resource for staff in both SPD and OR
      - Ability to train in all procedures regarding SPD responsibilities
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
