      About the role

      We currently have an opportunity for a talented Bar Supervisor to join our iconic hotel, Four Seasons Milano in Italy!

      What you will do

      Reporting into the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Bar operation with passion and creativity. ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests. Responsibilities will include development of our Bar team, working closely with the Bar Manager in leading the outlet, checking the menus and wine and cocktail lists, controlling costs through effective scheduling, purchasing activities, inventory control and cost control measures, being highly visible in the operation, providing recognition, promoting good public relations and taking care of special requests with dedication to providing an attentive and distinctive experience for our guests.

      What you bring

      A special talent and passion for ensuring you and your team deliver the highest of standards consistently and ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests.

      Food service experience in luxury hotels and/or stand-alone bar, restaurants or bar groups, preferably in the same position and international experience would be an asset.

      You should have attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player and bring your personal touch and energy to our guest experiences.

      Schedule & Hours:

      This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan and we will offer a fixed term contract.

      This job includes flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

      You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
