- Serves as a liaison between providers offices, physicians, ancillary departments and revenue management.
- Supports activities completed by outside regulatory agencies, legal and compliance departments, as well as hospital executive leadership teams.
- Oversight and support of implementation of strategic initiatives supporting the patient access organization. Performs due diligence assessments, development of work plans, partnership with internal and external resources, and overseeing implementation and success tracking.
- Coordinates and plans training and educational efforts with key stakeholders regarding technology upgrades, future implementations, policies and procedures, and new hire trainings.
- Leads training development to support revenue management administrative tasks. Partners with clinical informatics, information technology, and education teams to support development of and delivery of new materials.
- Build, develop, and maintain operational reporting to identify risks and opportunities to drive performance. Support account and patient management operations, including setting operational priorities.
- Assists with the intake and prioritization of patient access tasks, and initiatives. Partners with Patient Access senior leadership to manage process documentation storage, procedure updates, and archiving of historical artifacts.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- 5 years experience in a hospital and/or physician patient access environment to include experience with and scheduling of inpatients, outpatients, surgery cases, emergency department patients and physician office visits.
- Physician and/or hospital billing experience, preferred.
- Epic experience highly desired
- Intermediate computer skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Admistration preferred.

$28.09 - $43.63 / hour
