- Identify, analyze, and implement procedural and system changes to improve unit effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Insurance Operations Managers to design and implement automated solutions that support service level agreements.
- Supervise and develop staff through coaching, training, and career development opportunities.
- Evaluate employee performance, conduct reviews, and administer disciplinary actions as needed.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams and represent Insurance Operations in company-wide initiatives.
- Recommend staffing decisions including hiring, promotions, salary adjustments, and terminations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in operations, insurance services, or administrative support.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, eClaimWorks, AS400, and web-based applications.
- Experience with process improvement or LEAN methodologies is a plus.

Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Support Services Supervisor to lead a team responsible for mail, file, word processing, general clerical support, and imaging functions. This role is critical to driving operational efficiency, enhancing service levels, and fostering a high-performance, customer-centric work environment.
