- Assist with the development and execution of projects and plans supporting the organization's long-term strategy
- Supervise day to day activities/project teams and project progress, establish administrative guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables
- Ensure adherence to project budgets and provide updates on monthly variance reports
- Identify and course correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve
- Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues
- Supervise staff to ensure the organization's construction activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
- You will have 2 or more years of Telecommunications construction experience or experience in a similar field
- You will have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- You may have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related industry, or advanced training in the field
- You will have working knowledge of AutoCAD/Microstation drafting software
- You may have working knowledge of Geographic Information Systems
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs
- You may have 1 or more years of personnel and functional leadership experience and/or project management experience
